• exploring sound, vibration, and pitch using Foss Science unit on sound
• reading Accelerated Reader books for our Jan. book report
• learning to multiply by 2 and 3 digit numbers
• reviewing verb tenses
• beginning our study of the 10 commandments
• researching themes and characteristics of fairy tales
• writing our own fairy tales
• writing our Social Studies tests to learn about the people and geography of the Northeast region of the U.S.

• presenting Powerpoint projects to share our research of Christmas traditions
